Requirements :
Grade 10 / Standard 8 plus five years applicable and cleansing trip or Grade 12 /Standard 10 with two years applicable cleansing experience. Cleaning in hospital/clinical surroundings will serve as an introduced advantage. Must possess the capacity to plan, organize, supervise, check out and consider work of subordinates. Working know-how of the operations and care of cleansing standards, machines and equipment’s. Good expertise of Occupational Health and Safety requirements and Infection Control processes. Be organized to work shifts together with weekends and public holidays. Computer literacy will be an introduced advantage.
Duties :
Supervise the work of subordinates and make sure that excessive requirements of cleansing are attained. Assigns schedules and responsibilities to cleansing body of workers daily. Train subordinates on cleansing requirements and techniques to make sure compliance. Monitor every day performances of all cleansing staff. Ensure that cleansing schedules and test lists are carried out and cleaners are compliant. Ensure that walkabouts and inspections are performed every day and post challenges or incidents reviews to the manager. Ensure that cleansing personnel are performing required duties, splendid cleansing approaches are being rendered, and fine manage measures are continuously maintained. Management of human aid (PMDS, Leaves, approving of beyond regular time claims and put up to Human Resource. Compile weekly and month-to-month reports) Order and get hold of inventory and keep cleansing fabric safely. Management of cleansing chemical substances and cleansing equipment’s. Management and every day issuing of cleansing chemicals. Schedule preventative preservation of cleansing equipment. Recommends self-discipline and implements splendid procedures.
