ROLE PURPOSE
To put into effect and control a cleansing answer for Clients in accordance with the SLA

MAIN OUTPUTS
Responsible for riding cleansing and hygiene for the Client
Ensure shipping of environment friendly carrier as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Implementation of an nice HSE, Quality & Risk Management machine in conjunction with the Operations Manager, and in accordance to Client needs
Conduct day by day audits on offerings rendered and make certain that prescribed work satisfactory and requirements are sustained
Assist in the administration of initiatives and furnish technical support, the place applicable
Identify gaps and deficiencies in services, advocate and impact options as phase of Continuous Improvement on offerings rendered
Explore and advise modern methods, based totally on excellent practices, in order to convey about competitively priced solutions
Provide month-to-month reviews and remarks on persevered compliance to the SLA
Building strategic relationships each internally and externally
Manage personnel overall performance & facilitate enchancment via usually monitoring overall performance & offering required coaching, help & feedback
Manage overall performance & conflicts inside subordinate personnel & impact corrective actions, in line with corporation policies/procedure
Ensure enough body of workers placement i.e. put together appropriate shift-roster and manage/approve relevant go away for subordinate employees
Responsible for training, coaching, mentoring & improvement of subordinate employees
Implement cleaner work schedules and consider and manipulate performance

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The Applicant need to meet the following requirements:
NQF Level 6: Diploma Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or associated formal qualification
Matric (Senior Certificate)
Valid SA Drivers License
3 years applicable ride in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management
Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate ability level), PRP
Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management
