Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Relevant 3-year Degree in Industrial Relations / Labour Relations or associated qualification
Minimum three years’ trip inside an IR / Employee Relations environment
Thorough perception of the Labour Relations Act and Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Experience attending and representing things at CCMA conciliations and arbitrations is essential
Experience drafting charges, sanctions, affidavits, and disciplinary documentation
Strong administrative and reconciliation skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent verbal and written conversation skills
Strong interest to element and investigative ability
Ability to work independently and underneath pressure
Ability to journey regularly
Duties and Responsibilities
CCMA and Arbitration Management:

Attend CCMA conciliations, arbitrations and in limine hearings to characterize Boxer
Prepare case documentation, bundles, witness statements, opening statements and heads of argument
Consult with witnesses and applicable stakeholders in coaching for hearings
Liaise with CCMA representatives, unions, attorneys, shops and management
Arrange witnesses, proof and tour logistics for hearings and arbitrations
Draft formal IR documentation, affidavits and assisting submissions
Ensure all time limits and case necessities are met
Disciplinary and Industrial Relations Processes:

Advise administration and workforce on disciplinary processes and compliance requirements
Draft disciplinary fees and sanctions in line with Boxer strategies and labour legislation
Review disciplinary packs and request extra helping facts the place required
Chair inner disciplinary enquiries the place necessary
Ensure all disciplinary results are procedurally and substantively fair
Assist shops with grievance, misconduct and incapacity-related matters
Reporting, Reconciliations and Administration:

Maintain correct case records, reviews and IR documentation
