REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Experience: Appropriate trip in laundry offerings in a hospital/health environment. Inherent necessities of the job: Willingness to do guide labour (heavy linen bags) and help in different departments when required. Able to manage closely dirty linen containing human excretions and blood. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good verbal exchange skills. Ability to take delivery of accountability and accountability and to work independently and unsupervised. Knowledge of Laundry Services.
DUTIES : Collecting, Sorting and Weighing of dirty, dirty linen. Machine and Equipment operation, sluicing of linen. Linen Stock Control and Management of Linen Room. Execution of Occupational Health and Safety prescripts and conventional environmental security and hygiene. Support to supervisor and
willingness to rotate in different departments.

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Basic literacy and numerical skills. Experience: Appropriate trip in a large-scale Industrial Food Service Unit. Inherent necessities of the job: Valid Driver’s Licence (code B/EB). Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Ability to work in
large scale freezers and bloodless rooms. Physically robust to carry heavy objects and be on their toes the whole day. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge and appreciation of the primary meals organizations and cooking methods. Ability to be trainable in getting ready of everyday and therapeutic diets.
DUTIES : Rendering of meals services. Apply occupational fitness and security measures. Effective utilization of inventory and equipment. Prepare, prepare dinner and serve ingredients for the patients. Clean and hold the kitchen region and gear and keep hygiene standards. Dress in accordance to Departmental specs and adhere to Hospital Policy. Ability to put together meals in accordance to standardised recipes. Ability to be trainable in making ready of everyday and therapeutic diets. Following and adhere to Health and Safety Regulations.
