✅ Minimum Requirements
Valid PSIRA registration (Grade C minimum)
Proven trip in the protection enterprise (guarding/response)
Hands-on EasyRoster trip in particular for safety shield rostering (non-negotiable)
Experience managing shift rosters, leave, absenteeism & overtime
Fluent in English and isiZulu (spoken & written)
Computer literate (Excel, Word, file writing)
Able to work underneath strain and meet deadlines
Reliable, detail-oriented & trustworthy
Willing to work bendy hours when required
Valid Driver’s License (advantage)
Listener or comparable manage room structures (advantage)

Operational & Functional Requirements
Ability to coordinate every day website online insurance with Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Control Room
Skilled in managing last-minute absences, emergencies, and redeployments
Capable of working below stress in a fast-paced protection operations environment
Willing and in a position to work bendy hours, such as after-hours assist when required
Valid Driver’s License (advantage)
