Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Assist in compiling administration reviews and making ready assembly minutes and follow-up actions.
Assist with education of presentations.
Draft correspondence, submitting and minute taking.
Collect data for Central Office (CO) and distribute information as obtained from CO to applicable retailers.
Collect facts for suppliers on incentive schemes.
Manage ROD’s calendar and schedules meetings.
Prioritise appointments and journey arrangements.
Act as liaison between the Divisional ROD and all inner and exterior stakeholders.
Handle touchy statistics with discretion and preserve strict confidentiality involving all matters.
Support the Divisional ROD with different projects, initiatives, and lookup assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to altering priorities.
Coordinate meetings, conferences and activities which include agenda preparation, venue booking, technical support, and logistics management.
Build and preserve a robust commercial enterprise relationship with interior and exterior stakeholders.

Requirements:
