Responsibilities:
Driving turnover to make sure the success of aims
Controlling costs
Managing inventory losses to make sure shrinkage is in line with the Company general
People management, which include recruitment, improvement of staff, worker relations, overall performance administration
Executing in-store merchandising approach and requirements
Ensure consumer delight through executing our patron carrier approach and satisfying the needs of our clients
Qualifications & Exprience:
A Matric certificate.
Minimum three years retail journey with a minimal of 1 12 months keep management experience.
