About the role
As Shoprite’s Bakery manufacturer ambassador, you carry pleasure to our clients lives via making sure they have all the freshly baked items on our product listing at their convenience.
You work difficult to promote a appropriate photo of the Shoprite manufacturer through following employer requirements together with fitness and protection requirements, as you produce a broad range of sparkling and scrumptious tasting baked products.
Our best candidate dilligently follows Shoprite’s bakery recipes and product and show recommendations to shock and pleasure our clients with a steady bakery product experience.
What you bring
Ideally you have performed or working toward your Grade 12 or equal certificate.
Experience as a baker assistant/baker in retail baking surroundings consisting of making ready and baking a range of baked items (pastries, breads, rolls, etc)
Knowledge of meals training and presentation methods, methods and fantastic standards.
Knowledge of meals safety, hygiene and OHS Act
What you will do
Prepre and produce nice bakery merchandise
Apply housekeeping, meals and protection and hygiene requirements
Plan, put together and process/excute manufacturing in accordance to fine schedules
Focus on maximising income and limiting waste
Ensure consumer pride with their bakery merchandise
Coach bakery assistants and new bakers to enlarge bakery manufacturing exceptional and capacity
