Boxer Superstores is searching for a committed and detail-oriented Returns Supervisor to be a part of our group at the Cape Town Distribution Centre. This function is necessary in preserving the integrity of our inventory through managing all keep returns successfully and making sure appropriate procedures are observed for claims, write-offs, and dealer returns.
Purpose of the Role:
To make sure that all inventory lower back from shops is obtained in exact condition, processed correctly, and both re-entered into the DC, back to suppliers, or written off the place necessary.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum five years’ applicable trip in warehousing/logistics
Supervisory ride essential
Experience the usage of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Strong administrative and reporting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid appreciation of warehouse and logistics operations

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Returns Management
Liaise with receiving managers by means of email/phone to coordinate save returns
Ensure acceptable IBT techniques are followed
Receive and confirm back stock
Charge transporters for damages (where applicable)
Process returns to suppliers or write-offs as required
Receiving Support
Handle broken inventory obtained at the DC
Immediately provoke provider claims (CCV), grant driver and DC with copies
Ensure admin tactics all imperative declare paperwork
Write-Offs
Manage and report all broken inventory from returns or inside the warehouse
Remove broken inventory from stock and area on inventory hold
Process inventory for write-off and control upliftment with suppliers
Staff Supervision
Oversee returns location and make sure group of workers observe correct sorting procedures
Authorise and train on write-offs
Provide instruction and help to staff
Assist with coaching of new and present day group participants
