Introduction
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION We are looking for a expert and encouraged Butchery Supervisor to be part of our dynamic team. The butchery supervisor will be required to supervise the operation of the butchery in accordance to agreed income and profitability requirements plans. Apply Food Safety standards. Implement branch manufacturing plans and recognize how to deal with butchery equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Supervise butchery pursuits and profitability.
Set best inventory degrees per product category.
Set right vary to be reachable at the right time of day/week.
Ensure key fee gadgets are continually in stock.
Ensure that inventory transfers are precisely recorded
Spot test rate tickets on show to make sure contemporary as properly as neat and tidy
Conduct fee surveys and make sure that expenditures on KVI’s are competitive.
Ensure the right packaging is used for precise products.
Supervise and keep Hygiene requirements for the department.
Supervise and perception of systems, policies, and wellknown working procedures
Manage purchaser orders and complaints.
Desired Experience & Qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric.
A retail or enterprise administration associated qualification would be advantageous.
1-3 years butchery supervision position.
Must be assertive and incredible in selection making.
Good verbal exchange skills.
Efficient in constructing strategic relationships with team of workers and customers
High stage of integrity.
Numerical skills
INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENTS
Be on hand to work irregular hours in consideration of operational demands.
Valid SA driver’s license
Own transport
Be prepared to relocate.
